Social Media & Studio Assistant.

Virgo Boutique are looking for a creative, organised and social media obsessed individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work well independently in a fast paced environment while ensuring their work is carried out to a high standard. The successful candidate will develop creative ways to generate buzz on social media and contribute to our growth across all channels.

 

Responsibilities:

-Brainstorm, produce and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat.

-Assist on weekly e-commerce photoshoots and will be required to slot into different roles, including photographer, editor or stylist.

-Responsible for maintaining studio space. This includes organising the transfer of clothing samples with the warehouse team prior to photoshoot, steaming, and return to the warehouse once photographed.

-Communicate with our engaged community through social media. Occasionally offer back up support to our customer service agent.

-Occasionally assisting our warehouse team during peak sales periods.

-Be alert to upcoming social and fashion trends and be able to pivot plans in order to adapt to the changing external environment.

 

Requirements:

-Previous social media or e-commerce experience beneficial.

-An understanding of social analytics and reporting.

-Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

-The nature of the role is very dynamic, so flexibility and adaptability is vital.

-An interest in photography and videography. A basic knowledge of photoshop and video editing software.

-Must have full drivers licence and have own transport to be able to travel between Newcastle West and Ardagh in County Limerick.
